Is your site secure?
Yes! Our site is on a secure encrypted server and your payment information will NOT be shared. Our site is totally safe and secure!

Are all of your items handmade?
Everything on our site is hand crafted by an artist, unless otherwise noted. We take pride in our work and only send the best quality.

Do you take custom orders?
Although we pride ourselves on making one-of-a-kind pieces, we may make an exception for a custom order if you ask us real nice. Every custom order will be priced individually and prices will be based on cost of materials, time, and difficulty.

Why don't I just make the stuff you sell on your site myself?
The artists of Without A Pulse are people who love making awesome, unique items to share with the world. Maybe you will be a future crafter who sells on our site but for now, relax and let us do the sewing, gluing and painting for you!

Some of your items seem a bit pricey, why is that?
Without A Pulse is all about supporting artists. Nothing on our site is mass produced and the artists who make the items are paid fairly for their materials & their time. Everything you buy here is completely handmade with love and care, not quickly put together by a corporation so really, it's a bargain.

I really loved my item! Where can I send you a pic of me loving it?

Can I support your shop by linking to you?
We'd LOVE for you to support our efforts by linking or spreading the word! Please link to us!!

Payment

What types of payments are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Paypal E-checks, and Credit Cards

Do you take credit cards? Which ones?
Yes! We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express and Discover. All credit card payments are processed via Paypal.

Do you take Paypal?
We sure do!

My country doesn't have paypal. Can I still order from your site?
Because even our credit card payments are processed through Paypal, unfortunately we can't process your order without it. Sorry.

Do you take money orders or checks?
Unfortuntately, we don't take money orders or checks at this time.

Shipping Information

How much will my item cost to ship?
Shipping & handling costs are based on the weight of your items and the cost of shipping through the United States Postal Service. If you'd like to know how much something will cost, simply put it in your cart and enter your postal code. Press "calculate shipping" button and the cost should accurately show up in your cart. The shop does not charge you until you confirm and complete your order so calculating shipping is totally safe.

How much time will it take for my item to arrive?
Orders that are in-stock are typically shipped within 3 days of payment received. This does NOT include your ship time. Out of stock items (noted on the site, or you will be notified by email) or custom orders will take longer to ship.

What shipping method do you use?
All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Priority Mail with a shipping confirmation.

Can I purchase insurance for my order?
Optional insurance is offered, please call or email to make arrangements.

I'm in a rush and need my item quickly-- Can you ship it faster?
Because we are such a small shop and many of our items are made to order, it's rare that we can offer 2 day shipping. Please email us at orders [at] withoutapulse [dot] com and we'll try to work it out with you.

Where is my order?
If you created a password when you checked out, you can login to the site and check the status of your order to see if it shipped (your email address is your username and your password is what you created). You can also email: orders [at] withoutapulse [dot] com to find out where your order is as well.
 
*If your item has shipped and you never received it, please email us so we can send your tracking information to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Can I check my order status and tracking on your site?
Yes! Simply click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page and enter your email address and password. That will take you to your order history.

I want to talk to someone about an order I placed--Who can help me?

Do you ship to countries outside the USA?
If you are an international customer - please contact us so we can calculate your shipping costs. We currently ship DHL or UPS for international orders.

Returns

What is your return policy?
If your item is in unused perfect condition, you can send it back for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Simply mail it back to the shop with your invoice and a note about why you are returning it and we will issue you a refund within 2 weeks of receiving your item. You will not be refunded original shipping costs, only the original cost of the item plus sales tax. We reserve the right to deny a return based on our inspection. Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns on custom-made items.

How long will it take for me to get my money refunded?
Normally it takes 1 to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return.

I chose the wrong size-- Can I exchange it for a different size?
Sure! Send us an email and we'll arrange a swap if we can! Please email orders [at] withoutapulse [dot] com.

I liked my item but want to exchange it for something else-- Can I?
Totally! Simply send it back to us with a note about what you'd like instead. *It's easier if you email us first to let us know-- that way we can make sure the item you'd like is in stock. Please email orders [at] withoutapulse [dot] com.

My item was made just for me-- can I return it?
Sorry but no. The artist spent time and resources to make their items and if it's made just for you, we can't sell it to anyone else.

Privacy Policy

What is your privacy Policy?
We promise to never sell your information to anyone! That includes your address, email, and phone. We only use those to contact you about an order.
 
By signing up for our email newsletter, you are allowing us to contact you via email with special announcements, offers and discounts that are only available to our subscribers. If you would like us to stop sending you announcements, please send us an email asking us to take you off the list, or use the "Unsubscribe" feature at the bottom of the email newsletter.

Selling at our shop

I'm an artist and want to sell at your shop. How do I do that?
Easy! Send an email to: lindsay [at] withoutapulse [dot] com. Please include your name, your shop URL or photos of your items. Also include a list of the other online shops you are selling at. We are always looking for unique artists to add to our network.
 
Because this is a small operation, we cannot email you back unless we decide to accept your work.

I'm a store and want to wholesale from you. Can I?
Sorry, we do not wholesale at this time.
